Duncan Black, Monroe County artist, says that "Sister Selma Sardis would like to believe she is the most talented soprano in the Cackling Church Choir, owing to her two-octave range. Such as it is."
Sister Selma Sardis is brightly colored, stands about 9.5 inches tall from base to top of her comb and is approximately 4.5 inches wide from wing tip to wing tip. She is one of the talented members of the "Cackling Church Choir" sculptures by Duncan Black.
