Stained Glass
For thirty years, John Hogarth has worked with stained glass and
created beautiful art. It has been only in the last five years that his stained
glass work has become a business. Although John took lessons at the beginning
of his hobby, he has learned much from self-training videos and articles on
stained glass.
His work is created from materials, which are ordered from
wholesalers. The time to complete each piece, as with most art, varies with its
size and difficulty. Along with stained glass art, John has also worked with
model railroad décor, scenery, and weathering.
“The most rewarding aspect of the stained glass work,” John says,
“is working with students and seeing them progress.”
