Painting and Photography

Natalie Breaux is a visual artist based in Wilcox County, Alabama, working primarily in digital photography and acrylic painting on canvas. Inspired by nature and the people closest to her, her work reflects a deep appreciation for God’s creation. From sweeping landscapes and glowing sunrises to intimate moments with her children and pets. Natalie’s art is rooted in observation, emotion, and a desire to capture beauty as she experiences it.

She creates using professionally printed photographs from Marion Print Shop and acrylic paints and canvas sourced from art supply stores. Her creative process is shaped by the rhythms of family life. She once created during quiet days off work but her art now comes together whenever she can find time between caring for her active children. Her favorite place to work is her back porch overlooking the Alabama River, where the natural surroundings continually fuel her creativity.

Natalie’s artistic journey began in grade school through talented art programs and continued into high school with formal photography and Photoshop training. She has been creating art for over 20 years and has received additional training through David Molnar’s online photography courses. Living in Alabama’s Black Belt deeply influences her work, with its slower pace of life, open landscapes, and rich natural beauty. She shares her art through social media and hopes to one day pass her creative passion on to her children.
