Jan Agee is from Pine Hill, Al where she has happily raised her family. Jan studied art at the University of West Alabama, and works with a variety of mediums including graphite, charcoal, watercolor, pastel and oil. Her choice of medium is usually determined by the subject matter or whatever the client is interested in, as much of her work is commissioned. Her work ranges in subject matter from children’s portraits to local churches and historical buildings.
In an effort to give back to the town that she loves so much, this award winning artist organized, designed, and painted a large mural of the historic Pine Hill Depot in downtown Pine Hill, Al.
